Role Summary

ROLE PROFILE

  • Provide suggestions on how to address the employee engagement and customer satisfaction challenges within the organization
  • Conduct action planning workshops with employees to address the concern areas identified from the survey results
  • Facilitate the creation of an action plan to address the employee engagement/customer satisfaction challenges
  • Implement all aspects of programs related to workforce diversity, inclusion and staff engagement
  • Evaluate the success of employee engagement projects and initiatives and provide recommendations on how to enhance the relevant activities
  • Review and analyse key external trends and influences on employee engagement strategies to incorporate best practices relevant to MAF Retail
  • Prepare the content (HC initiatives, events calendar, talent development programs, new training, updates to HC policies and procedures) to be published in the newsletter & contribute to the development of internal communication material
  • Assist the Employee Engagement Manager in developing a strategy for creativity and innovation in MAF Retail

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Marketing or Business Administration
  • 2-5 years of HR experience with focus on employee engagement activities & initiatives
  • Retail experience is a plus
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Proficiency with MS office
  • Outstanding communication. project management & organizational skills

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, This person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities:· Sell shipping, transport, and logistical services through sales calls and propose rates.· Provide sales results information by preparing sales reports and call results.· Maintain good relationships with clients.· Identify new business opportunities.· Maintain the customer's database and keep it updated.· Perform shipping operations as necessary.· Achieve assigned targets.Qualifications:· 2-3 years' quota-carrying sales experience in a shipping company.· Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.· Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Interested candidates must have a car that they can use for work.· Experience in RORO, Containers, and Forwarding is an advantage.
